AIRPORTS (CONTROL OF ON-AIRPORT ACTIVITIES) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 290 OF 2009)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Airports (Control of On-Airport Activities) Regulations 1997 to clarify the regulatory provisions relating to parking signage plans and the enforcement of parking requirements at airports. These amendments also exempt emergency service vehicles from the Regulations in certain circumstances.
