AIR NAVIGATION (CHARGES) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1991 No. 5 - REG 2. Amendment 2.1 The Air Navigation (Charges) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations. Regulation 2 (Interpretation) 3.1Subregulation 2 (1) (definition of "international operation"): Omit the definition. 3.2Subregulation 2 (1) (definition of "landing charge"): Omit "the table at the foot of subregulation 12 (2)", substitute "the Schedule". Regulation 12 (Landing charges) 5.1Subregulation 12 (2): Omit the subregulation, substitute: "(2) Subject to this regulation and regulation 16, there is payable in respect of an aircraft landing at an aerodrome referred to in Column 2 of an item in the Schedule a charge calculated at the rate per 1,000 kilograms weight specified in Column 3 of the item in that Schedule.". 5.2Subregulation 12 (3): Omit the subregulation. 5.3Paragraph 12 (6) (d): Omit "the table at the foot of subregulation (2)", substitute "the Schedule".
