Re-engagement


  1. Regulation 140 of the Australian Military Regulations is amended by
omitting sub-paragraph (5) (c) (iiA) and substituting the following
sub-paragraphs:
  "(iiA) the Commanding Officer, Central Army Records Office;
  (iiB) a Staff Officer, Grade 2 (Personnel) on the establishment of the
  Central Army Records Office;".

  2. Regulation 175 of the Australian Military Regulations is amended by
inserting after paragraph (2) (b) the following paragraph:
  "(ba) the Commanding Officer, Central Army Records Office;".
