1981 No. 60 AUSTRALIAN MILITARY REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

After regulation 816 of the Australian Military Regulations the following
regulation is inserted: Application for review of decision

"816A. (1) In this regulation, 'Tribunal' means the Administrative Appeals
Tribunal established by the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975.

"(2) An application may be made to the Tribunal for the review of a decision
by a board assessing under regulation 816 an amount of compensation to be made
for damage or loss sustained by an owner or occupier of land.".
