AUSTRALIAN INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS COMMISSION RULES 1998 No. 1 - REG 9

(1) If the President assigns an industry or group of industries to a panel of
members of the Commission under section 37 of the Act, the President must
record the assignment in writing.

(2) If the President assigns a Presidential Member to the Organisations Panel
under section 38 of the Act, the President must record the assignment in
writing.

(3) A record of an assignment made under subrule (1) or (2) must be kept by
the Industrial Registrar.
