AUSTRALIAN INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS COMMISSION RULES 1998 No. 1 - REG 79

A document that is lodged, or a proceeding that is commenced, before the
commencement of these Rules, under the Rules of the Australian Industrial
Relations Commission or the interim Rules of the Australian Industrial
Relations Commission issued as a Practice Note on 30 December 1996, is taken
to be a document properly filed, or a proceeding properly commenced, as the
case may be, under these Rules.
