2. Regulation 88 of the Air Force Regulations, as in force immediately before
the commencement of these Regulations, continues to apply to an officer who,
immediately before the commencement of these Regulations, held the substantive
rank of Wing Commander in the General Duties Branch, being an officer
nominated, with the consent of the officer, by the Chief of the Air Staff for
the purposes of this regulation.
