1989 No. 20 AIR FORCE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

Regulation 65A of the Air Force Regulations is amended by adding at the end
the following subregulation:

"(3) In making a determination under this regulation, the Chief of th e Air
Staff shall have regard to:

   (a)  the skills and experience required for the proper performance of
        duties in particular ranks of the Air Force;

   (b)  the career advancement needs of officers; and

   (c)  the need to ensure the availability of an adequate supply of officers
        suitable for promotion to particular ranks of the Air Force.".
