1988 No. 75 AIR FORCE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

Regulation 462 of the Air Force Regulations is repealed and the following
regulation substituted: Reservists proceeding abroad

"462. (1) A member of the Air Force Reserve who proposes to become or has
become a permanent resident in another country shall notify the Chief of the
Air Staff in writing.

"(2) Where a member of the Air Force Reserve notifies the Chief of the Air
Staff in accordance with subregulation (1), the Chief of the Air Staff shall:

   (a)  if the member is an officer, recommend the termination of the
        officer's appointment; or

   (b)  if the member is an airman, discharge the airman.".
