Amendment 1.1 The Australian Federal Police (Discipline) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations. (NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s. 48) 1992 No. 31 AUSTRALIAN FEDERAL POLICE (DISCIPLINE) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2 2. Regulation 2 (Interpretation) 2.1 Subregulation 2 (1) (definition of "association"): Omit the definition. 2.2 Subregulation 2 (1) (definition of "commissioned officer"): Omit the definition, substitute: " 'commissioned officer' means a commissioned police officer referred to in paragraph 6 (2) (c) or (d) of the Act;". 1992 No. 31 AUSTRALIAN FEDERAL POLICE (DISCIPLINE) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3 3.
