Penalties

7. Regulation 22 of the Principal Regulations is amended by 22 of the
Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from paragraph (3) (a) all the
words before subparagraph (i) and substituting "has caused to be served on the
member or staff member a notice informing the member or staff member:".
