Regulation 14
FURTHER AMENDMENTS
1. The following provisions of the Principal Regulations are amended by
omitting "Board" (wherever occurring, except where occurring in the expression
"Secretary to the Board") and substituting "Review Committee":
Regulations 14K, 14L and 14M, subregulations 14N (2), (3), (5), (6), (7) and
(8), 14P (1) and (3), 14Q (1), (2) and (3), regulations 14R and 25C,
subregulations 26 (1) and (2), regulations 27 and 31, paragraph 34A (4) (c),
subparagraph 34C (b) (i), regulation 34D, subregulations 34E (1), (2), (3),
(4) and (5), paragraph 34F (b) and regulation 34G.
2. The following provisions of the Principal Regulations are amended by
omitting "Secretary to the Board" (wherever occurring) and substituting
"Agency":
Subregulations 14N (3) and (4), regulation 25C, paragraph 26 (2) (c),
subregulation 34A (4), regulations 34B, 34C and 34D, subregulations 34E (2),
(3), (4) and (5) and regulation 34F.
3. The following provisions of the Principal Regulations are amended by
omitting "President" (wherever occurring) and substituting "Director":
Paragraph 25C (b), subparagraph 26 (2) (c) (ii), paragraphs 34A (4) (b) and
34D (b).
