1985 No. 82 AUSTRALIAN FEDERAL POLICE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2. Regulation 24 of Statutory Rules 1984 No. 296 is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (1) (b) "examination referred to in
paragraph (a)" and substituting "examination held at any time by the
Committee"; and

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (2) (a) all words from and including "sat"
        and substituting "previously sat for the qualifying examination; and".
