- Description:These Regulations amend the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Administration) Regulations 1995 to reflect changes to the Rotterdam Convention on the Prior Informed Consent Procedure for Certain Hazardous Chemicals and Pesticides in International Trade that were agreed by Parties at the first Conference of Parties.
