WORKPLACE RELATIONS AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1996 No. 60, 1996 - SECT 4

In a Schedule to this Act, unless the contrary intention appears: Workplace
Relations Act means:

   (a)  so far as the context relates to a time before the day on which this
        Act receives the Royal Assent-the Industrial Relations  Act 1988 as in
        force at that time; or

   (b)  otherwise-the Workplace Relations Act 1996. Note: Schedule 19 to this
        Act changes the short title of the Industrial Relations Act 1988 to
        the Workplace Relations Act 1996.
