WHEAT RESEARCH AMENDMENT ACT 1979 No. 172 of 1979 - SECT 5

5. Section 18 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section
substituted: Annual report
''18. (1) The Minister shall, by 31 December in the year 1980 and in each
succeeding year, cause to be prepared and laid before each House of the
Parliament a report on the operation of this Act during the year that ended on
the preceding 30 June.

''(2) For the purposes of sub-section (1), the year ending on 30 June 1980
shall be deemed to include the period commencing on 1 January 1979 and ending
on 30 June 1979.''.
