1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Wildlife Protection (Regulation of 
Exports and Imports) Amendment Act 1991 .
(2) In this Act, "Principal Act" means the Wildlife Protection (Regulation of
Exports and Imports) Act 1982.*1* (Minister's second reading speech made in-
