WILDLIFE PROTECTION (REGULATION OF EXPORTS AND IMPORTS) ACT 1982 No. 149 of 1982 - SECT 79

79. (1) The regulations may prescribe the fees to be paid in respect of the
grant of a permit or the giving of an authority.

(2) A fee prescribed in respect of the grant of a permit or the giving of an
authority shall be paid before the permit is granted or the authority is
given.

(3) The regulations may prescribe the fees to be paid in respect of an
application under this Act, other than an application for a permit or an
authority.

(4) A fee prescribed in respect of an application under this Act shall be paid
when the application is made.
