Division 5-Authorities to export or to import specimens

39. Sub-sections 23 (4) and (5) and 24 (2) and (3) apply in relation to an
application for an authority under this Division in like manner as they apply
in relation to an application for a permit under section 23 and, for the
purposes of those sub-sections as so applying, the references in those
sub-sections to a permit shall be read as references to an authority.
