WHEAT MARKETING AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 82 of 1986 - SECT 2

2. (1) This Part and Part VI shall come into operation on the day on which
this Act receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Parts III and IV shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 April
1986.

(3) Section 30 shall be deemed to have come into operation on 25 October 1984.

(4) The remaining provisions of this Act shall come into operation on such day
as is, or on such respective days as are, fixed by Proclamation.
