WHEAT MARKETING AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 91 of 1985 - SECT 19
Application to Board of Division 2 of Part XI of Audit Act
19. Section 55 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end the
following sub-section:
"(3) For the purposes of the application to the Board of Division 2 of Part XI
of the Audit Act 1901, a reference in that Division to the appropriate
Minister shall be read as a reference to the Minister of State administering
this Act.".
