WHEAT MARKETING ACT 1989No. 58, 1989 - SECT 94

94. (1) The Governor-General may make regulations, not inconsistent with this
Act, prescribing all matters:

   (a)  required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed; or

   (b)  necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving
        effect to this Act.

(2) Regulations prescribing a State or Territory enactment for the purposes of
section 7 or section 88 shall not be made unless the Minister has notified the
Minister of the State or Territory responsible for the administration of the
enactment of the subject-matter of the regulations.
