WHEAT MARKETING ACT 1989No. 58, 1989 - SECT 75

75. (1) When accounting to a grower for a payment due in respect of pool
return wheat, the Board shall, if practicable, specify separately charges made
by the Board for each of the following:

   (a)  storage;

   (b)  handling;

   (c)  transport, whether by land or sea;

   (d)  provision of port services.

(2) Subsection (1) does not apply if compliance with it would subject the
Board to significant additional costs.
