WHEAT MARKETING ACT 1989No. 58, 1989 - SECT 69

69. Money of the Board may only be expended:

   (a)  in payment or discharge of expenses and liabilities incurred by the
        Board in the performance of its functions under this Act or a State
        Act;

   (b)  in payment of remuneration and allowances payable under this Act;

   (c)  in payment or discharge of expenses or liabilities incurred in
        connection with the operations of the Selection Committee; and

   (d)  in making any other payments that the Board is authorised or required
        to make by or under this or any other Act.
