WHEAT MARKETING ACT 1989No. 58, 1989 - SECT 62

62. Where wheat is bought by the Board and payment for the wheat is to be
according to this Division, the contract of sale may provide for the making of
an advance payment or advance payments to the person selling the wheat to the
Board.
