WHEAT MARKETING ACT 1989No. 58, 1989 - SECT 2

2. (1) Except for Part 6, subsections 85 (1) and (2) and section 86, this Act
commences on 1 July 1989.

(2) Part 6, subsections 85 (1) and (2) and section 86 commence on a day to be
fixed by Proclamation.

(3) Part 6, subsections 85 (1) and (2) and section 86 are repealed on 30 June
1990 if their commencement has not been fixed by a Proclamation published in
the Gazette before that day.
