WHEAT MARKETING ACT 1989No. 58, 1989 - SECT 12

12. (1) The Board may delegate any of its powers and functions to:

   (a)  a person holding an appointment under this Act, other than a member of
        a Selection Committee or of a consultative group established under
        section 9; or

   (b)  an employee of the Board under section 44.

(2) A delegation under subsection (1) shall be in writing.
