WHEAT MARKETING ACT 1979 No. 166 of 1979 - SECT 5
Quota seasons
5. The Governor-General may, by Proclamation published in the Gazette before 1
April next preceding the season concerned, declare any of the 4 seasons next
following the season that commenced on 1 October 1979 to be a quota season for
the purposes of this Act.
