WOOL LEGISLATION (REPEALS AND CONSEQUENTIAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1993 No. 65 of 1993 - SECT 9 

9. Section 56 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section is
substituted: Application of Division

"56. This Division applies to an R & D Corporation if:

   (a)  a levy is attached to the Corporation; and

   (b)  the regulations declare that this Division applies to the
        Corporation.".
