WOOL INDUSTRY AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 19 of 1986 - SECT 9

9. Section 20 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by inserting in sub-section (1) "or of Part V of this Act" after "Act"
        (second occurring); and

   (b)  by inserting after paragraph (4) (aa) the following paragraphs:

"(ab) make applications, including joint applications, for patents;

   (ac) deal with patents vested in the Corporation;".
