WOOL INDUSTRY AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 19 of 1986 - SECT 31

31. Notwithstanding the repeal of section 68 of the Principal Act effected by
section 16 of this Act, regulations prescribing a percentage for the purposes
of paragraph 68 (1) (a) of the Principal Act and in force immediately before 1
July 1986 continue in force, on and after that date, as if those regulations
prescribed that percentage for the purposes of paragraph 53 (1) (a) of the
Principal Act as amended by Part II of this Act.
