WOOL INDUSTRY AMENDMENT ACT 1981 No. 63 of 1981 - SECT 9

9. Section 42M of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-section
(1) "furnishing information and calculations under section 42L" and
substituting "who has furnished information and calculations under section 42L
or who is, in pursuance of sub-section 42L (5A), to be taken, for the purposes
of the application of that section, to have so furnished such information and
calculations".
