WOOL INTERNATIONAL ACT 1993 No. 64 of 1993 - SECT 17

17. If Wool International forms the opinion that matters have arisen that may:

   (a)  prevent, or significantly affect, the achievement of the objectives
        defined in the current corporate plan; or

   (b)  significantly affect the strategies outlined in the plan; or

   (c)  prevent, or significantly affect, the achievement of a financial
        target under the plan; Wool International must, as soon as
        practicable, notify the Minister of its opinion and the reasons for
        the opinion.
