VENTURE CAPITAL ACT 2002 No. 137, 2002 - SECT 33.5
Meaning of form approved by the PDF Board
A notice or application is in the form approved by the PDF Board if:
- (a)
- it is in the form approved by the * PDF Board for that kind of notice or
application; and
- (b)
- it contains a declaration signed by a person or persons as the form
requires; and
- (c)
- it contains the information that the form requires, and any further
information, statement or document as the PDF Board requires, whether in the
form or otherwise; and
- (d)
- it is given in the manner that the PDF Board requires (which may include
electronically).
