VENTURE CAPITAL ACT 2002 No. 137, 2002 - SECT 21.30
Revocation on application
- (1)
- An * entity registered under this Part may apply in writing to the * PDF
Board to have its registration revoked.
- (2)
- The * PDF Board must revoke the registration as soon as practicable after
receiving the application.
- (3)
- The revocation takes effect on the day on which notice of the revocation
is given to the * entity.
