VENTURE CAPITAL ACT 2002 No. 137, 2002 - SECT 17.25
Revocation on application by partnership
- (1)
- A * general partner of a partnership registered under this Part as a *
VCLP or an * AFOF may apply in writing to the * PDF Board to have the
registration revoked.
- (2)
- The * PDF Board must revoke the registration as soon as practicable after
receiving the application.
- (3)
- The revocation takes effect on the day on which notice of the revocation
is given to a * general partner of the partnership.
