VETERANS' AFFAIRS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1992 No. 228 of 1992 - SECT 69

Cancellation or suspension determination-general 
69. Section 56E of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from Note 3 to subsection (1) "fringe benefits (see
        Division
15)" and substituting "benefits under Division 15";

   (b)  by omitting from Note 4 to subsection (1) "fringe benefits (including
treatment at Departmental expense)" and substituting "benefits under Division
15".
