VETERANS' AFFAIRS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 78 of 1994 - SECT 2

2.(1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), this Act commences on the day on
which it receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Part 3 is taken to have commenced on 1 January 1994.

(3) Part 2 commences, or is taken to have commenced, on 1 July 1994,
immediately after the commencement of Part 3 of the Social Security
Legislation Amendment Act (No. 2) 1993.
