Data-matching Program (Assistance and Tax) Act 1990 2. Section 3 (paragraph
(d) of the definition of "personal assistance"):
Omit "or the Seamen's War Pensions and Allowances Act 1940".
Disability Discrimination Act 1992 3. Paragraph 51(1)(c):
