VETERANS' AFFAIRS (1994-95 BUDGET MEASURES) LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1994 No. 164 of 1994 - SECT 58

Repeal and substitution of section

58. Section 46 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section is
substituted: Appropriation

"46. Section 199 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by inserting in paragraph (a) ', IIIA' after 'III';

   (b)  by inserting in paragraph (b) 'or IIIA' after 'III'.".
