VETERANS' AFFAIRS (1994-95 BUDGET MEASURES) LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1994 No. 164 of 1994 - SECT 57

Creation of new Part

57. Section 45 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subsection (6) and
substituting the following subsection:

"(6) Sections 45A, 45B, 45C and 45D of the Principal Act as in force
immediately before this section commenced are renumbered 45ZK, 45ZL, 45ZM and
45ZN respectively.".
