VETERANS' AFFAIRS (1994-95 BUDGET MEASURES) LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1994 No. 164 of 1994 - SECT 35

Appointment of members of Board

35. Section 158 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subsection (2) and
substituting the following subsection:

"(2) The Board must have at all times among its members persons selected from
lists submitted to the Minister as requested under subsection (3).".
