VETERANS' AFFAIRS (1994-95 BUDGET MEASURES) LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1994 No. 164 of 1994 - SECT 17

Restrictions on dual pensions

17. Section 45D of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after paragraph
(1)(b) the following paragraph:

"(ba) a carer service pension; or".
