VETERANS' AFFAIRS (1994-95 BUDGET MEASURES) LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1994 No. 164 of 1994 - SECT 16

Income support supplement may not be payable in some circumstances

16. Section 45B of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end the
following word and paragraph:

"; or (f) the person or the person's partner is entitled to receive
compensation (see Division 3 of Part IIIC)".
