UNIVERSITY OF CANBERRA AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 132 of 1991 - SECT 7

7. Section 39 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (2) (b)
and substituting the following paragraph:
  "(b)   whether the statements are in agreement with the accounts and
records; and".
