TRADE UNION TRAINING AUTHORITY ACT 1975 No. 50 of 1975 - SECT 9

PART III-ESTABLISHMENT, DUTIES AND POWERS OF COUNCILS
9. (1) For the purposes of this Act, there is hereby established a council by
the name of the Australian Council for Union Training.

(2) For the purposes of this Act, there is hereby established for each State,
a council by the name specified in the following table opposite to the name of
that State:-

Training.

(3) The regulations-

   (a)  may establish a Council for Union Training for the Australian Capital
        Territory; and

   (b)  may establish a Council for Union Training for the Northern Territory.

(4) The affairs of the Authority shall be conducted in accordance with this
Act by the Councils established by or under this Act.

(5) The Australian Council is charged with the general direction of the
affairs of the Authority.
