TRADE UNION TRAINING AUTHORITY ACT 1975 No. 50 of 1975 - SECT 59

59. (1) The Governor-General may make regulations, not inconsistent with this
Act, prescribing all matters required or permitted by this Act to be
prescribed, or necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or
giving effect to this Act.

(2) Before making any regulations for the purposes of sub-section 9 (3),
section 12 or 24 or sub-section 28 (5), 30 (2), 31 (3) or 32 (4), the
Governor-General shall take into consideration any recommendation with respect
to the matter dealt with in the regulations made to the Minister by the
Australian Council.
