TARCOOLA TO ALICE SPRINGS RAILWAY ACT 1974 No. 86, 1974 - SECT 3

3. In this Act-



"the Agreement" means the agreement between the Australian Government and the
Government of South Australia a copy of which is set out in the Schedule;



"the Commissioner" has the same meaning as in the Railways Act;



"the Railway" means the railway to which the Agreement relates;



"the Railways Act" means the Commonwealth Railways Act 1917-1973.
