Relationship with other laws
State laws
- (1)
- This Act is not intended to exclude the operation of any law
of a State or Territory to the extent that the law is capable of operating
concurrently with this Act.
Commonwealth laws
- (2)
- This Act is intended to prevail over any other law of
the Commonwealth to the extent of any inconsistency.
