TRADE PRACTICES REVISION ACT 1986 No. 17 of 1986 - SECT 50

50. (1) Section 80A of the Principal Act is amended-
(a) by inserting in sub-section (1) "other than section 52A" after "Part V";
and

   (b)  by omitting sub-sections (2), (3) and (4).

(2) Notwithstanding the amendment made by paragraph (1) (b), the provisions of
section 80A of the Principal Act continue to apply, after the commencement of
this section, to and in relation to conduct engaged in before that
commencement as if that amendment had not been made.
